PATA NEGRA IBERIAN CHORIZO
Made from noble meats and selected lean meat from Iberian pigs (e.g. Presa, Cruceta and Pluma). Minced by hand and seasoned with natural spices. Tied by hand and dried in 'campaña' with holm oak wood. Curing in natural drying sheds and cellars takes more than five months.
Its intense and juicy flavour reflects the perfect balance between the structure of its meat and the perfect point of paprika, giving an excellent permanence in the mouth that saturates the senses, leaving a feeling of unctuousness difficult to imitate.

Pork, salt, paprika, dextrose, dextrin, extra virgin olive oil, spices, preservatives (E-250 and E-252), acidity regulator (E-331iii) and antioxidant (E-301).
