    Cured sausage made from minced meat and fat from acorn-fed Iberian pork, enhanced with paprika as its defining ingredient, along with salt, spices, and additives. The mixture is kneaded, stuffed into natural casing, and then undergoes a curing and maturation process.

    Once the optimal curing period is reached, the product is packaged

    Pork meat and fat, salt, paprika, dextrose, extra virgin olive oil, dextrin, spices, preservatives (E-250 and E-252), acidity regulator (E-331), and antioxidants (E-301 and E-392). Stuffed in natural pork casing.
