    Cured sausage made from a blend of minced meat and fat from acorn-fed Iberian pork, mixed with salt, spices, and additives, then kneaded and stuffed into natural casing before undergoing a curing and maturation process.

    Once the optimal curing and maturation period is completed, the product is vacuum-sealed

    Ingredients

    Pork meat and fat, salt, spices, dextrose, lactose, milk protein, skimmed milk powder, preservatives (E-250 and E-252), acidity regulator (E-331), and antioxidant (E-301).
