    From our 50% Iberian acorn-fed pigs and double montanera, we obtain the Iberian Bellota Shoulder 50% Iberian breed. With a minimum cure of 24 months, always in our drying rooms and natural cellars of Hacienda Zorita Organic Farm. Also available in boneless and sliced format.
