    Its minimum curing period of 24 months, under the unique microclimate of the finest drying rooms and cellars, ensures its optimal, intense flavor and aroma.

    When sliced, it shows marbled shine — a sign of excellent fat infiltration and supreme quality. A product worthy of the most demanding palates. Black Seal.
