Our 100% Iberico Bellota Ham is, without a doubt, our jewel in the crown and is only produced in limited units. An essential product for lovers of flavor that cannot be missing in any healthy and balanced diet.
With a fine and long bone, carefully outlined, it is made with the hind limb of our own 100% Iberian pigs, selected from birth and raised in freedom with an exquisite diet based on pastures, cereals and acorns.
A cure of between 34 and 48 months, in our own dryer, Hacienda Zorita Organic Farm, guarantees its exciting and intense flavor, as well as its tempting and unmistakable aroma.
When cut, it presents an attractive cherry red color, unmistakable infiltration, veining and a characteristic shine according to its exceptional quality.
