    100% IBERIAN ACORN-FED SHOULDER SHOULDER

    Whole front leg of our own 100% Iberian pigs, selected from birth and raised in freedom with an exquisite diet foraged on pastures consisting of cereals and acorns.

    Its curing oscillates between 24 and 36 months under the unique microclimate in our cellars and drying rooms, which guarantees its exciting and intense flavour as well as its tempting and unmistakable aroma.

    When cut, it presents streaky shine, a sign of good infiltration and maximum quality. Product worthy of the most demanding palates. Black labelled and produced in limited numbers, it is dried and cured on site at the Hacienda Zorita Organic Farm.
