Once again, we are also different in this category, because we know how to wait longer. Our Iberian fattening pigs reach 14 months of age compared to 10 months on average in this product. With 50% of the Iberian breed, the pigs are fed from an early age with fruits of the field and also with cereals.
By being older, we again achieve distinctive properties that are easily appreciable in its appearance, aroma and flavor.
Also available in boneless and sliced format. We cure it for 30 months in our dryer: Hacienda Zorita Organic Farm.
