PATA NEGRA IBERIAN SALCHICHÓN
Made with noble parts of the Iberian pig (e.g.: prey, cross and feather). It has an intense aroma and a great balance between fat, lean meat and the perfect touch of pepper and garlic. Fresh and delicate flavour, tender and juicy texture due to its double mincing. Tied by hand and dried in a 'campaign' with holm oak wood. It is cured in natural drying sheds and cellars for more than five months.

Pork meat and fat, salt, dextrose, LACTOSE, MILK PROTEIN, NAKED MILK POWDER, spices, preservatives (E-250 and E-252), acidity regulator (E-331 iii) and antioxidant (E-301). Natural pork casing.
