Cheese made with raw milk from the Verata goat (an endangered species). Refined and marinated with thyme. Matured for 4 to 6 months. Enzymatic coagulation. Animal rennet.
This cheese has a unique flavour. The clean, balanced, intense and sweet cereal-like flavours melt on the palate.
Ideal as a sharing appetiser or as a dessert. It is also perfect paired with elegant, velvety white or red wines.
