CURED GOAT'S CHEESE WITH THYME
Cheese made with raw milk from the Verata goat (an endangered species). Refined and marinated with thyme. Matured for 4 to 6 months. Enzymatic coagulation. Animal rennet.
This cheese has a unique flavour. The clean, balanced, intense and sweet cereal-like flavours melt on the palate.
Ideal as a sharing appetiser or as a dessert. It is also perfect paired with elegant, velvety white or red wines.

Goat MILK, thyme 1,5%, MILK FERMETS, preservative (E-252), rennet extract, stabiliser (E-509), preservative (E-1105) (From EGG white). Rind is not edible. Origin of milk: Spain.
